Return & Exchange Policy
We are fully committed to ensuring that our valued customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that buying swimwear online can be a challenging process. When you receive your new bikini, you should always try it on over your underwear until you are absolutely sure that you are going to keep it. Only after you decide to keep it should the tags be removed. If your new bikini is not absolutely perfect for you, here are some options:
- If you would like to return your bikini for a refund, make sure to get your bikini back to us within 15 days from the date you receive it. The tags, bags, and original receipt must be returned with the bikini and the bikini can show absolutely NO signs of use. If it appears upon return that the bikini has been worn in anyway and is NOT in perfect condition, we cannot process the return or offer an exchange.
- If you would like to exchange your bikini for a different size or style, make sure to get it back to us within 15 days of the date you receive it. As stated above, the bikini cannot show any signs of use. All tags, bags, and receipts must be with the bikini. We recommended that you keep your bikini well protected and that you put it back in the plastic packaging it came in.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping for returns & exchanges, except under special circumstances. We cannot accept bikinis that have been soiled, abused, damaged, wadded up, or laundered. Any item received in this or any altered condition will be sent back to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
